If you didn't hear, he died. He died of pneumonia at the age of 100. He will be missed. :cry:

I've never seen Bob Hope do anything remotely funny. But I guess he was a icon of our times.

The problem is that he's died about four times already according to the media. So I don't know, I think 20yrs from now we'll have Robo-Hope or something.

Yeah, he was a funny guy. I really liked some of the improve stuff he did when on live TV.

i can't say i remember the guy ... maybe if i heard some of his jokes ... at least everyoens not trying to make it like it was a tragic loss or any thing ... i mean who wouldn't want to die that way?

This must be a generational thing or something, 'cause I remember watching a lot of Bo Hope movies when I was younger. I really liked his "Road" films. He and Bing made a great pair. :D

If you haven't seen any of them, go find a copy and rent it.

ME. On my hundredth birthday, I want to be wheeled out to a hill, soak myself with lighter fluid, get pushed down the hill, build up speed, roll up a ramp, fly through a flaming hoop, catch fire, continue to fly and go over the spinning blades of a helicopter, have the wheel chair clip the blades and cause the helicopter to blow up, and have my burning almost lifeless body fly out over a freeway and land on the hood of an unsuspecting citizens moving car.
