There's a difference, though. One is not supposed to kill POWs or use them for propaganda purposes (alive or dead). The Hussein boys, on the other hand, were apparently killed in combat. Although important targets, they count as "random combat casualties" still.
While images of dead people shouldn't be flaunted left and right, in this case, it is designed to prove a claim - and thus, while unpleasant, is not in the same league as filimg or killing POWs and using them in an unpleasant, torturous manner.
