AMV, Music without words.

I was just wondering how many people have done this and if it would be a good idea? I was thinking of using a song off the Gladiator sountrack for my next AMV. What do ya think?

It can be done< I would think that it would be easier to do because of only haveing to match the beat. As for the idea I cannot recall the song so I could not tell you.

yeah, I think it called "Barbarian horde" or something. It's a long song, but i plan on doing like a DBZ sum up sorta thing though the end of cell.

Those amvs without words are called Instrumentals.

A good one is by Fluxmeister to the anime Kite. It's titled Lost Dreams. Go look it up yourself.

Plenty of people have done instrumental amvs. Not exactly a new idea.

I've seen it done before........ But if the song is long you have to do something really special to keep the watcher interested.

If its the song Im thinking of, its been done and to that *cough* anime *cough*. If it is the song that Im thinking of, the problem is keeping the viewers interest, which is very hard for such a long song and DBZ isn't that interesting of an anime to keep their attention.

It depends on what part of DBZ your doing it on. I saw a great Cell one a while ago from the birth of cell to his death and the Mvid was like ten minutes but still good enough to keep my attention.
