Newbie here needs help!! [how/where to submit video?]

Yeah i finished a sweet video on naruto its really good i want to submit it to the site and to some contests but i dont have a site and i dont have any

money is there any way i can put my vid up so that i can submit it?

u should open a thread (topic) in the Site Help section of the forum, general amv is fine i guess, but Site Help would be a lot more specific
