how do u watch already downloaded videos

Double click on them?

If media player doesn't play them. Then download and install ffdshow, then try them in media player again.

i go to my downloads and when i click the name of video yet it only asks me if i wish to redownload that takes a long time

Hm.. you're not making any sense. Don't you save your downloaded videos to a directory or folder on your hard drive? Find the place where you saved your videos and try opening them up on Windows Media Player. If that doesn't work, you'll most likely have to hunt down the codecs which require you to watch them. You can find out which codecs you need by going to File - Properties in WMP. Then go to a search engine such as www.search.com or www.google.com and enter the codec name. Or for a good list of codecs, try going to this site, which has download links along with codec descriptions.

Save 'em to yer harddrive, lad.
