uuuummmmm.......how do I upload a music vid???.........I went to upoload videos but, I am a little lost at that part I confirmed all of the agreements and I don't know how to upload them :-/ could someone help me plz

Use an FTP client. If you don't want to shell out the fees for one of those clients, you can use Internet Explorer's FTP object (though it's kinda flaky) or Windows' command-line client, which is similar in functionality to its UNIX counterpart.

Also, I know that you have to wait two weeks to download local files, but Im sure you have to wait two weeks to upload as well since your a new member. It is a probation period that all new members have to go through.

Not if you pay a contribution right away. I did that and got in as soon it was processed.
