I figured out the song im looking for is an orchestrated version of he ending theme "Im a dreamer". If anyone knows what the name of this song is called tell me plz.

The name of the ending song is "Kimi Saeireba". Is that what you were looking for ?

Its the orchestrated version of this song. It seems to be played on electric guitar.
