Ummmmm, unless I'm mistaken, when someone gives you an opinion, it shows up at the bottom of you "Members" main page, and you can click there to see both the new opinion and any others that video has gotten.

As for the 'underrated list', you could always ask a friend or another editor you know to review it for you, or as you've stated, do an Opinion Exchange. It does seem these days that unless your video is fairly popular or you're fairly well known, it's hard to get opinions for them. That's why the Star Scale is nice, as it pretty much forces at least a very basic opinion to be left (though it can be abused as well).

i personaly find reviewing yourself to be very stupid and pointless!

this is how i look at it: why do you need to type out what you think of your own video? all you have to do is sit there and think of how it could be better. you dont need your own words on a screen to figure out what you do and dont like about it. alos, if its to get the viewers attention to the video then thats preaty lame. if it cant grab the attention of the viewer then its obviously not of any interest.

Use your imagination. If the only people who will be reading your review are the ones who've already reviewed it, you can put anything in there that you don't want the rest of the .org to see. Kinda makes it like a little incentive to review a video in the first place.
I normally put things like this when I respond. I respond to every review that is left, even the super short "Roxor" ones. I feel if they went though the time and trouble to review my video, the least I can do is leave a few comments, and answer questions.
gambitt wrote:When I review my own videos I like to get extremely critical on it. I put the same effort in writing my own reviews as I do in reviews for others in the hope other people see it. I like to fill out my mistakes so people will see them and not do the same thing. Not to mention I primarily use After Effects so I'll leave an occasional tip.
Ok, I can kind of under stand the hint thing, as that might not come up in a response, unless they ask how you did something.
gambitt wrote:How much do you like seeing, "Hey, the text looks great, how'd you do that?" under another review that says, "The text r0xx0rz, what you do~?! OMGWTFLOL!!!111" under another one that says, "Did you do that?" ? Yeah, I'm sure you can tolerate it, but I can't answer the same question eighty times or refer one reviewer to another review just below him, that just seems rude to me. Henceforth, I make my own review to answer questions.

I don't know, if they keep asking the same question, I might answer them ever time. I don't see referring them to another response that big a deal, I might even copy and paste the same answer. This might sound easy to me though because I'm in the habit of responding to every review anyway.
gambitt wrote:No, I don't want to use my website because it sucks and I hate designing it and not every AMV creator can make a webpage... or at least an interesting one I can surf long enough til I find the info. No I won't put some of the things I say in the video info because that's called a spoiler and I want my viewer to be surprised. Lastly, you have up to 10 star reviews you can leave unfilled. Do you have more than ten videos you're checking the links on? If ya do, check three, I'm sure the rest work.
Yeah, my webpage suckles as well. >_< You won't put some of the thing's you say in the video? I don't really understand what this means...
I guess I don't "have" to check my files, but I like doing it. I don't really mind star reviews because you get so many more, your review does not really mater as much.
gambitt wrote:Sure reviewing yourself is abused and on the outside looks useless, but seriously, if you really don't like the fact someone may have over-rated himself in his review, get off your ass and give him an honest review. That should equal out his scores easily.
Fair enough, though reviewing out of spite is not my style. ^_^

I need to write more reviews. >_<
