Umm...."font"? Its going to be a tattoo....lol I can imagine it now...
"Hi Mr Tattoo guy, I want this tattoo (points out the "rebirth" one) but can you put it in a good font?"
Tattoo Guy: "

ROFL
Yeh, but I'm looking for the proper kanji, that look like they are scripted with a paintbrush.

I have Kanji on my chest and back. The ones on my Left pec are a diamond pattern of the four seasons in chinese style kana, and it means that the seasons wait for no man, just continue their neverending cycle of death and rebirth each of the characters is about 1 inch tall. The ones on my back are a 5 inch tall stylized calligraphy Japanese Heaven between my shoulderblades, and a 4-1/2 inch Block font hell kanji on my lower back just above where my pants start. In between the two is a little kanji for "Self" in my own Handwriting. I researched and picked out all the charaters and fonts myself before I had them done. The back piece is not completed yet, I'm getting Flame-sprouting wings on the bottom around the "Jigoku" and stylized clouds surrounding the "Ten" at the top. For the "self" kana(dont remember the pronuiunciation) I'm going to dip my hands in red ink and put the palm prints on a piece of paper to get done around the kana. Oh, and I have a tat of Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory on my left upper arm, cause it's been my nickname since the 9th grade.

If your going to a tattoo artist who doesn't know about fonts, you should find another artist. Seriously.
Personally, I wouldn't get a tattoo on me that I didn't understand very well. Take some time and really research this if you don't know kanji well. It can get very complicated. You could end up with the kanji for zombie or something because of a misunderstanding.
There was a story in a british paper that some guy got a three symbol kanji tattoo, and turns it it says At the End of the Day, This is still a Stupid Boy. So just triple check what you decide to go with. There are mean spirited people out there, as well as mistakes and misunderstandings.
Good luck,
Tom

Incedential nudity such as Sailor Moon transformation sceens, girl-type Ranma taking off her shirt, and the occasional "jiggle" sceen is ok. Hentai-type stuff and the "ohhh, I'm so helpless and naked so why don't you just take me with those tentacles of yours" kind thing is not ok. I am not familiar with the anime/scene you are speaking of. I will have to see it to be sure. Sorry...
