I was just going to post about this. I have not done any reasearch on it, so I don't know. It seems pretty far out there that they could just steal your logos right out from under you. If that is indeed (and I bet it's not) what they are doing, they will likely change that back soon.

if you read the legal stuff it says that cafe press is allowed to use the logos and artowkr you upload... for the purpose of "in connection with your use of the CafePress.com Service"

in otherwords they are allowed to use your images to help promote the fact you are using it... but

"If you or CafePress.com terminate your account, CafePress.com will cease its use of the Party Marks within 90 days of the termination."

they stop using it 90 days after you leave

so i thinkt he person who wrote the page was an ass hole

Well atleast due to this page they sent an email to her saying that they will re word their policy. That atleast shows that they are listening. But as long as they have that 25 dollar policy, I dont plan on re signing back up with them.
