I'm putting XP Pro in my slow computer!!! I think that it will slow me down somewhat, but I don't think it will have much of an effect because I haven't done much with it lately, and I want XP for the features it has (modifying that stupid start button for one) and the fact that it hides the things in my system tray that I don't want showing, WOW!!!

Ok, heres the deal plain and simple. Windows 2k Pro is the best OS ever. If it was running all fucked up at your school then whoever set up your computers is pretty retarded. Well, actually, thats not necessarly true. 2k Pro does have one sort of problem. Setting up a network on it can be difficult if you dont know what youre doing, has aposed to XP where its realtively simple, although you cant do has much with it unless you know a lot about setting up a network, in which case you might has well go for 2k. Dont listen to the guys recomending linux or whatever. No offense, but the very fact you have to ask question probably means you arent ready for linux. Now, even if you go with XP, thats not terrible, just make sure to avoid 98 and ME, and god forbbid.......a mac.....

yea i'm popping uop again ... i some how got permission to use a computer without a gut box limited internet connection. But nothing much to report ... other then the occasional bitch spazm that my mother throws at me every now and then ... if i get a chance i shouls post the wall papers i made with paint ... very reflective of my feelings about my computer ...
