Sorry, comp fucked up. Read this from my above post.
Duh.
You do it FROM_THE_INSIDE. Take off the left panel (as you are facing the front of the case)reach around, put your hand on the covers and PUSH. If theres little metal thingies, just bend them till they come off and PUSH, like a pregnant lady giving birth. It couldnt be easier.
that shouldve been after and outside the quote, sorry.

Heya, Akashio.
That looks just about like my Antec SX1030, and I'm pretty sure those covers come off the same way.
Just as you see here, in pic 1:
1) Dig your finger into the indentation on the right side of the drive bay cover, and push towards the other side of the case, like you were digging for a clump of ear wax.
2) While still pushing towards the opposite side of the case, pull forward firmly on the cover. It should pop right off, like...
This:
If all four bays are covered by plates, you may have to rock the plates back and forth, towards and away from the front & rear of the case to fatigue the metal tabs that they are attached by. They will eventually snap off.
More questions?
Post 'em here!

Your case probably came with drive rails, either in a plastic baggie of parts, or in brackets attached to the bottom of the inside of the case, like these:
Slide a couple of those out, (don't try to pry or snap them up, slide towards front or back) and attach them with a couple screws per side, so the metal tabs are very close to the front bezel of the drive:
Slide the drive into a bay (from which you have removed any metal shield plate blocking it)
and push it firmly in until the metal tabs snap into their locked position.
To remove the drive again, squeeze in firmly on both of those metal tabs, and pull forward.
