ALWAYS make the one(s) in front of the case take air in, and the ones in back of the case blow air out. That way, there's a set air flow path.

 when I read the topic, I though you just liked the OS a whole lot...
 when I read the topic, I though you just liked the OS a whole lot...My case came with two side fans blowing out, with pleanty of vents to bring air in, dunno if it is the best config, but it pretty much works.
