new to amv. need help with the hosting.

I've never done this before so I'm confused a bit. Whenever I try to upload an amv to that dangling carrot, I get to the point where I get a username and password. Without sounding stupider, what do I do next? I went to storage.animemusicvideo.org thinkng that's where you upload your video, and it took me to this other website. Is that supposed to happen?

Well, you need an ftp to upload your videos. I'd suggest WS_FTP LE. It's the shareware version of WS_FTP Pro, and it'll do what you need it to. You just insert the information you get when uploading a video to the proper places in the program, and then connect.
And if you've never used an ftp before, just read the help file, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out
