Sure, those people have tons of AMVs. But they've been here YEARS..
I've only been here 6 months. And I have 30.(23 if you don't count the slideshows) 8)

Think of it. In a year or so, I will be QUEEN OF ALL THE AMVS IN THE WORLD!!!!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAH!

There's also the PROXY account where all those videos that were posted up by fans reside. I once made a joking post about how PROXY was the best AMV Maker. Because it had such a high score with so many reviews and so many videos. :D

I recall someone once finding a guy who made 200 AMVs but they were all relatively poor so it showed that he put no work in them. I've only made about a dozen or so so I know it's not me.

And she's only gotten 3 opinions
I'm a guy, people. And a rather large and hairy one at that......

wrt ops: I have no hosting apart from the DC (which isn't really hosting) and the Donut. One of those 3 ops is a comment the poster should have sent me via email, and the other two are from people I physically sent CDs to.

Most AMVs isn't really a meaningful distinction. Sure, from catalog depth you can get often an idea of how long a creator has been working, how much time they put into this hobby, and what their equipment capabilities are, but quantity says nothing about quality.

I don't mean to bomb the catalog with videos; this is just how fast I work given equipment, ideas, and time.

Depends on your definition of an AMV, I know people who've made over 80, but they've all been about 3 clips each, no effort.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.

I think after that it's not called an AMV anymore but an edited version of the anime!
