I'm sorry, [actually no I'm not, but anyway...] but your "editing"
(if you can call it that) is woefully sub-par. Its nothing
to brag about. On the other hand, I have everybody
who sees my videos complementing me, telling me I should
take a multimedia course, and two of my SHITTIEST VIDS
are on high rotation at the local LAN's. Although thats
because someone I know copied them and distributed them
without my permission, but still thats better than you.

I challenge you. The day my NES video is released, you stop editing if you think it's "good enough" for your standards, which as far as I can tell, are newbie DBZ/LP videos since you seem to suck up to them so much.

I dont MAKE n00b DBZ/LP vids. In fact, I havnt made an LP video per se yet. Want me to give you a list of my projects i have completed in about 6 months (only a few of which are actually decent...)?

This is the fabled "2 hour vid" that NDW is so burned about. What can I say? the first version wasnt all that great, but the recently RE-DONE version, which took about 6 hours, is much, MUCH better

Asukas Violence Fetish(End Of Evangelion) = "Violence Fetish", Disturbed
Not particularly good, but when re-done, will look kick ass. Solid idea, i heard the song at though "Thats an Asuka song if I ever heard one". Not very tight editing, song skips once towards the end, transparency issues, but hey, I was a n00b, ok?

DBZ Movie 12 Trailer - Theme from Trigun
This was just something I threw together one day. Took about 7 hours, was just a bit of pointless fun. Worked out fairly well

Not very good at all, really. Good Idea, but not good bvideo. Crap quality music too.

Gohan in the HTC = "Crawling In The Dark", Hoobastank
First use of my new capture card!! The wuality isnt very good seeing as I was experimenting with Indeo 5.10 *shudder - not going THERE again* but if you ignore that its actually not a bad vid.

The Children Of Eva = "One Last Breath", Creed
Second use of my capture card!! It has abomidable quality because the card was configured wrong. Funky colours are on the screen, and I tried my hand at some lip synching....the results were laughable to say the least, they look like their jaw hinges are loose or something....alot of pointless flapping...have to remake that one....

Majin Vegeta Tribute = "New Disease", Spineshank
Just another video I threw together in a fit of boredom. Interesting results coupled with bad lip synching again.

Cell VS Gohan = "Dead Cell", Papa Roach
How could I not make this?? NB it should be higher up on the list but I forgot about it....Anyway, I'd contemplate re-making it, save for the fact that the idea has been done to death!!!

Vash vs Knives = "Tearing Away", Drowning Pool
I have Trigun episodes now! yay! So, i decide to make some music videos with it....one problem. PREMIERE CRASHES every time I try to jump ahead or frame-by-frame the footage. Therefore this vid took forever to make. I had seen Aluminum Studios "Desert Rose-Sailor Moon" video and noted an interesting little effect, specifically the small-zoom semi-transparent overlays of footage. So i decided to try it for myself (apologies to Aluminum Studios - i wasnt stealing the idea, i just never considered it to be a good one till i saw that video)

Responsible For Genocide-Cowboy BeBop Movie, "Darkness",Rage Against The Machine
More pointless fun. I used scenes from the intro credits (with the text matted out of course) because it fits the slown parts of the song, and I used fight scenes for the fast, hard, loud parts of the song. There is a little part in the vid, after Spike is fighting the chick in the hallway, that doesnt fit quite right, thats because I had the devils own time trying to make it fit! In the end, I just let that clip play on and on until that bit in the song was over. I also left a layer setting on by accident, and it has a funky scanline effect when it fades in or out.

Evangelion - "Bring Me To Life", Evanescence
Okay, so I KNOW its currently being done to death, but having recently acquired a DVD-ROM (woohoo!!!) I needed to use it. I came up with a brilliant idea (i think it is anyway) and I ripped Death and Rebirth and EoE without audio or subtitles. After I made this vid, I showed a few ppl I know. They were speechless, quite impressed. The quality of the footage is superb, the music is excellent quality and the editing is almost flawless.

Nicholas, quitting AMV's is possibly the best thing you could do. Ever. It's one thing to make a successful video and be pompous and full of yourself. It's an entirely other thing to produce nothing but CRAP and say everyone sucks. You make more friends with honey than vinegar. I guess someone must have gotten those two condiments mixed up.
