Cowboy Bebop and Eminem - Lose Yourself.
Okay, I know rap isn't exactly good for AMVs, but this song is the best (and only good, IMO) song Eminem has done.
Just think about these opening lyrics, they just scream Cowboy Bebop to me...

"Look.... If you had.... One shot.... One oppritunity..... To sieze everything you ever wanted...... One Moment...... Would you capture it? Or just let it slip."

Well? You think it'll work?

Actually, I have thought that "Lose Yourself" would go well with Cowboy Bebop.
