I just joined this site like a little more than amonth ago and I was just wondering exactly when is one no longer considered to be a "nOOb" and is just a regular member?

The general rule is that you are no longer of "n00b" status when you have posted over a hundred posts.

However, if you don't act like one, most will not consider you one.

but lyrs ... we dont treat mr bucket or his 40 other incarnations as n00bs. and his posts usually are irrelevant [although i admit, sometimes extremely funny] and it makes him look like a lost wanderer.

Who knows when. It's a very vague term. Maybe when a person stops worrying about being a n00b, they are no longer one. Or something like that.
