since the golden dount forum is a little dead/slow i'm going to post this here because i would like an answer before i have grandchildren trying to pay off a mortgage.

Ok, i decided to make a sig image to promote the golden donut ... even though i can't donate. I made the image, but i'm not sure of the message. This is what i made so far.

i came up with one caption ... but it just dosn't sound right to me, any comments, opinions, suggested messages? this is the banner i had made with the message ...

i'd really like any feed back you guys give me.

hmmm i may have to change the size of these banners ... we'll find out once i can find the rules for sig images ... but i'll worry about that later.

Sig images are a maximum of 40 pixels tall by 600 pixels wide.

As for the text suggestions, what about this?

"Golden Donut's make for Happy Otaku.

Donate Today."

i'm not sure wether to take that as a suggestion or a mockery ... dose it really matter? Which one did you intend it to be?

A suggestion. I didn't intend it to be mocking... Why would I mock your banner idea?

I even made a sample banner at the correct size specs of how it might look with that text, and I goldified the donut in the picture to boot... ::pouts::

hmmm, well sorry, it was jsut a funny feeling i got

... but as for the image size ... yea, i really have to cut it down ...

i think i have an idea. I was going to use "Support the golden donut and you support the org, keeping otaku happy since 2001." But i dropped that and opted for the one i'm going to use once i figure out how to stick it in my sig... hope you guys like it.

ok, i made my sig image, now lets see if i set it up right ... it's probalby linked wrong .. but oh well. oh, those sample pics i have up there in my first post on the thread will turn into the "dreaded red x's of doom" when i finaly delete those images from my site.

Place the end slash at the beginning of the img tag, not the end.

You had the codes messed up, but the picture still won't show, when you do a code that is a double-

{Blah Blah}{ Bleah Bleah}

You must put it in the reverse order.

{/Bleah Bleah} {/Blah Blah}
