Perhaps this place called a store. It is a place where people go to buy things (or in some degenerates cases, steal things).

Sorry for the sarcasm...you can buy anime at almost all video stores (Suncoast for example) or on the net at places Amazon.com. I highly suggest using DVDPriceSearch.com since you can compare prices and always buy at the cheapest price.
