I was watching this move today in my English class because the teacher said it was kinda like the Odyssuesy(Or however you spell it)And when the scene where they got baptized came up I remembered the Song from EKs Failed Experiments video. Everyone starting looking at me like what the heck is he on. It was funny.

that's sad, the movie was one of the only ones i've watched on my own piece of mind. i loved it.

It is a great movie, I only got up to the part where the main character (I forget his name) Meets his wife and kids again and then the bell rang. Aw rassberrys.

hmmmmmm i'm gonna hafta dig this movie out of dad's huge collection of unmarked tapes, i bought it on ppv a while back but by the time it came on everybody was too trashed to watch it so we recorded it while listening to music and i have yet to watch it... as a matter of fact i don't think it's ever been watched or rewound for that matter o_O

yup i wasn't sure at first but yeah it was based upon the Odyssey alright. i'm reading it right now, pretty interesting. i loved that movie though. it was just so damn funny and i liked the soggy bottom boys' music. Sayonara.

That was one of those movies I had to be dragged to. I saw George what's his face and pre-judged it pretty badly. I am glad I watched it in theaters now though. To think I could enjoy bluegrass....
