Does anyone know if the 2nd Cardcaptor Sakura movie is licensed? And if so, when will it be released?
I know that Anime-Tech released a VCD version of the movie... but what about DVD?
Licensed or not?

I don't believe that the second movie's been picked up yet (the licensing list at animeondvd.com doesn't say so), so you should still be able to find fansubs.
