I think the store fills that out, in Washington. Although it's only if they know the person is from Oregon, I think. So that the Washington tax office knows why tax wasn't charged on a sale.

Anyhow, there's a whole damn state between Vancouver, Washington (which is on the southern Washington border) and Vancouver, BC. Maybe 200 miles?

Whats with canada and the US naming cities after other cities, I get New York and New Orleans but why make them with out the new?

(City changed name to Windsor in WWII) Burlin Ontario
London Ontario
Cairo (I donno the state)
Memphis Tenn.

People in those towns were just to stupid to make their own name up so they just stole a famous one!

Supposedly Portland could've been named Boston, Oregon, if the city founder pushing for that had won the coin toss against the Portland name advocate.

Fuck Boston. Portland is a better name anyday.
