This one isn't really an anime either, but in Justice League, there's an episode where the Green Lantern is about to be procequeted (sp?) for destroying a planet. It's not your normal court room and judges, but it's still it.

well episode 4 of clerks" the animated series is practically all court scenes and theres a whole jury of black basketball players and their also a court "japananimation" scene
