BTW, drunkenMonkey, I think you should lower your avatar's size.

I've checked your website and I was a bit confused, so I've got a few suggestions that you might want to read...
1)wouldn't it be better if there were a VIDEO section, rather than all videos on the main page ?
2)I think the main page should clearly introduce what can be found on your website (this is not really the case I think)
