Post by Corran » Wed Feb 26, 2003 11:15 pm

Too much to list here without a mod deleting my post so here.

Anime I've watched or about to list...

The opinions on the side are my own I don't want to hear crap trying to convince me to like a series or why not to..

Oh yeah post your lists here if you care to. :)

I'm loath to even consider trying to catalogue what I've managed to see since I recognized myself as an official "anime fan" some 16 years ago...

ec, did you remember to take your arthritis medicine? We don't want your back going out again.

I kid pops, I kid. :D

I actually couldn't list them all myself, I've been watching anime since I was in elementary school, as my father actually went through a spurt of watching a lot of anime, and I tended to watch it with him. After my parents got divorced he would send me copies of the tapes he would buy/rent, and even when he quit I started to go out on my own looking for them and what-not... I think that was the second time they were married... Could've been the third though, not sure. :?

I'm glad I started my list early, I can see how it would be a daunting task to those that have been into anime for a long time. This list seems to grow rapidly. I wish I knew the truth about anime earlier though. I was one of those skeptics that thought everything looked like DBZ or Pokémon until I saw Kodomo no Omocha at our school's anime club and dubbed Cardcaptor on the WB. The art styles and japanese language drew me in and I've never looked back.

anything I like I usually end up buying but there's alot I know that I won't like and therefore don't buy. My collection is only about 40 movies, series and OAVs and I have a few more on tape that were bought before DVD's we widely used. When we're buying full series me and my brother tend to split the price so it's not that expensive. I might as well spend my money on something I enjoy rather than magasines and clothes and shit that'll I'll only use like once or twice. Makes a very good cateloge
