Hero = SEAL...YES SEAL
I never liked nickelback or saliva but It's impossible to avoid hearing their horrid songs (imo).
This song "Hero" sounds very similar to that Seal song off the Batman 2 (I think) soundtrack, "Kissed by a rose". BAHAHAHA. IT'S TRUE.
if you guys want a good "hero" music video find the DBZ movie 13 (DB remake) to Metallica - Hero of the Day video. I'm not sure if it's in the data base or not, I got it off IRC a long time ago and lost it in a format. But that video is near perfect.
dont reply about what forum this should be under, part music, part amv, sounds pretty general to me =[

the thing about Nickleback and Saliva is that they were once moderately popular and underexposed, then they decided to write a song that everyone would like and basically warded off their older fans that were more into the deeper music that they once wrote.
I Have Nicklebacks first release, The State, and it's a great CD.
As for the relation between them and Seal's "Kiss from a Rose" I do see some similarities.
Though I have been fortunate enough to find a song that almost no one has heard for my video so all is good. And hopefully, this may give exposure for the band that is now dead.
May SSR (see Spot Run) rest in peace.

k beef but anyone who lists dbz and gt as their #1 and #2 anime is obvious someone who likes anything mainstream (ie nickleback, saliva) and I’m sure you love everything else on mtv, thus you cant judge that dbz video w/o the corperate devil clouding your judgement =[ that dbz vid is good period. A little slower paced and story revealing but it speeds up synced perfectly with the music when the music gets heavy, it's very (forgive my hypocrisy) buzzworthy.
And i have nothing against seal (cept his face)...I was pointing out the sounds of the songs were similar.

Well, isn't that just a little stereotypical of you? I'm sure that everyone in the world that likes Dragonball Z, and all it's other incarnations, also love Nickelback and Saliva, and Linkin Park for that matter.infest wrote:k beef but anyone who lists dbz and gt as their #1 and #2 anime is obvious someone who likes anything mainstream (ie nickleback, saliva) and I’m sure you love everything else on mtv, thus you cant judge that dbz video w/o the corperate devil clouding your judgement =[ that dbz vid is good period.
