I had no clue that was even possible. Last nosebleed I had was due to a Starfox air-freshener (Launder Detergent scent apparently) I had tied around my neck.

Yeah that's one of my claims to fame but on the other hand it could just be a huge brain tumor and the pressure had built up too much... The guy in anime might have brain tumors also I mean some of the stuff they do just isn't right
