Hi everyone! Names Godwin and I am new here. Me and my friend are nuts about anime, but i do the work

He just gets me the anime

But i wanted to ask something.

Whats wrong with using fansubs for vids? I am curious....

The main problem is the subtitles that cannot be removed without a whole barrel o' hassle.

You do get quality issues of course as well.

Most conventions will outright bar amvs withs subs and if there are time constraints, crappy looking videos will always be first to go.

Practice wise, if that is all you have it's ok.

Glad to see another anime fan is coming to the boards (get your friends to come here also

The big deal with fansubs (or any subbed matearial for that matter) is the subs at the bottom of the screen. Unless there is a specific reason for having some in the video, and add to the quallity of the video.
