at least the show didn't end with "OMG SHE'S DEAD, NO WAIT SHE'S REALY ALIVE DESPITE THE FACT THAT SHE SHOULD BE BY ALL LOGICAL REASON ERAISED FROM EXISTENCE!" and it wasn't technologicaly backwards.
So in other words, one part of the community is waging war on another part of the community because they take their community seriously enough to want to do so. Then they tell the powerless side to get over the loss cause it's just an online community. I'm glad people make so much sense." -- Tab

Or at least, it did in your midn, despite the fact that you are wrong. There is not any 100% sure reason Chii would have been erased from existance. I don't care what you say, you saying that what Freya did was equivalent to a hard drive format is obviously wrong, as she would not have been able to move around after a format, since she would have been lacking an operating system. Say what you will, but there it is. Some of her data at least did not get erased, and there is no reason why Chii's data couldn't have been hidden in a place that wouldn't get touched.

the ending was completely and totaly anticlimactic, and the entire time they did what most animes do to an extreme, in a feeble atempt to keep the watcher interested, they hide what is realy going on until the last five minutes. As far as romance stories in general go, I've seen what a good romance story is, and this is NOT one of them.

"The highest good is like water.
Water gives life to ten thousand things
and does not strive.
It flows in places men reject an so it like
the Dao.
In dwelling, be close to the land.
In meditation, go deep in the heart.
In dealing with others, be gentle and kind.
In speech, be true.
In ruling, be just."
