do you? i need a site whereyou order the stuff then send money or a check?

Ebay. Some people will accept money orders and checks, as well as Paypal (which may be an option at some sites, and is something that you may be able to use with your bank account). If you have a checking account, ask your bank about a Visa checkcard. You may have to be 18 to get one, but since it's not a credit card (it takes money directly out of your checking account, instead of making a virtual tab), who knows?

As for sites that accept checks and money orders, I don't know of any.

Alternatively, if you know someone with a credit or debit/check card, you can pay them the money and have them order it for you. I do this on occasion for a friend of mine.
