Welp. Originally I was just gonna host my own contest but the peps finally got back to me so here we go. Speed running two amv/gmv contest because why not.
Welcome to WasabiCon’s AMV/GMV contest! Please read the rules carefully before submitting your edit. If the rules are not followed your edit will be disqualified. Permission must be granted to show your edit within WasabiCon during the panel.
AMV/GMV Contest Rules:
1) You may submit up to 3 AMVs/GMVs in total. MEPs and Collabs are accepted.
2) Plagiarism and AI is unacceptable in this contest.
3) No nudity, excessive cursing, or excessive violence and gore. This is a PG-13 rating event!
4) Video must have been uploaded after 9/30/2024 (September 30th, 2024)
5) No subtitles or buppers from the anime/game must be present within the edit. However, if you have added your own subtitles that is perfectly acceptable.
6) Do not include any buppers or credits for other affiliated groups. (usernames/studio names are fine)
7) Both AMVs (Anime Music Videos) and GMVs (Game Music Videos) are accepted. Manga & fanart edits are also accepted.
8) File name must be exactly the same as the submitted name.
9) Files must be submitted through a file sharing website such as google drive or dropbox. Youtube videos will not be accepted.
10) Edits must be 1 minute to 5 minutes (excluding shorts).
11) The best format is mp4; wmv and mov are also accepted.
