Less than 7 days to go before the deadline, and while we are getting a lot of great entries for the contest, Convention Theme is a pretty open field right now. So, if you have that Old West or Space Western AMV, we would love to see it and possibly make the Convention Theme category happen! Also, note that we have given a pretty wide range on the video freshness, so dig into your collections and let us see what you have.

If you have any questions about the contest, even need for us to review if your video qualifies for the theme, please let us know.

Less than 2 days to go! Submissions end tomorrow at 11:59pm CDT, so get us your videos in before the deadline hits!

THIS IS IT! In less than 5-1/2 hours, at 11:59pm Central, the contest is closing out submissions! We are still looking for Convention Theme videos, so if you happen to have that Old West / Space Western video around and you made it after July 2013 without submitting it to AkaiCon prior, get it to us so we can consider it for the Theme!

If you have any last-minute questions, please let us know!

Somehow managed to finish a video in 4 days for the theme, would not recommend

Also I'm too sleep deprived to tell if it's any good, so I apologize in advance to anyone who has to watch it
