So I'm afraid I have some not great news everybody, it turns out Tom's Urban cannot accommodate a group of this size without giving us a private room and then charging us a minimum price of $1500. Assuming we actually get 40 people that means each person will be paying $37.5 plus gratuity. I called around and Friday night in LA Live just isn't a good time. It's gonna be busy no matter where we go.
But, just because they can't reserve a space for us doesn't mean they won't seat us at all. So my suggestion is to plan on arriving at 7pm and simply wait to be seated with the likelihood of not sitting together with everyone. I'll try to arrive early and get our name down, but be aware if you don't arrive at 7 you may not get a seat with us...
Aside from canceling this is the best scenario I could come up with.
