Nosubs- basically it's about his longing for alcohol with bits of making fun of it l; I feel it's hard to completely translate, cause of some dialect words.

No, no, I got that. It's about wanting a full glass. Your emphasis was on wodki, of course, but I get the joke, considering the anime. I am no fan of Le Petite Cosette, but I know the plot, so honestly, this was significantly more enjoyable than the original source.
