AMV with movie video

I did a video with anime video,
but also based on a real music video annd with video from movies
(blade runner,2014 escape from los angeles)

I have two questions.

Can I upload the link on this forum?
Can I partecipate in a contest?

If the majority of footage in your video is anime, then you're able to upload it to the site. If the majority of your footage is from other forms of media (live action, etc) then uploading it would be against the site rules. You're always able to post it in the in the "Other Videos" forum though. That section of the site is dedicated specifically to posting and sharing non-AMVs.

In terms of contests, every contest has its own rules about that. Most contests state that at least 51% of the footage in your video has to be from anime, but some require as much as 75%
