All right. I don't have the play order set yet, but I have the finalists, and I believe I have the categories as well -- though it certainly wasn't easy this year; this may be the most difficult category balance of finalists I have ever had to work with.

Schedule is out! Barring any unforeseen changes, the schedule of AMV events is as follows:

FRIDAY
4:00 - 6:30 P.M.: Friday AMV Overflow in Video 305/306 (see below for full schedule)
7:00 - 9:00 P.M.: AMV Contest Screening in Panel 302 (seating should begin at least 15 minutes prior)
10:00 - 11:00 P.M.: AMV Sing-Along AFTER DARK (17+) in Karaoke 401

SATURDAY
12:00 - 2:00 P.M.: AMV Contest Screening in Panel 302 (seating should begin at least 15 minutes prior)
3:00 P.M.: This is your deadline to turn in your contest ballots to the Info Desk, if you did not already hand them in at the contest screenings
4:00 - 6:30 P.M.: Saturday AMV Overflow in Video 305/306 (see below for full schedule)
8:00 - 9:00 P.M.: AMV Contest Awards Show in Karaoke 401

SUNDAY
9:30 - 11:30 A.M.: AMV Contest Encore Screening (non-voting) in Panel 405
2:15 - 3:15 P.M.: AMV Sing-Along! in Karaoke 401
3:45 - 4:30 P.M.: AMV Contest Winners Replay in Panel 302

Some important things to note about these:

1) As we did last year, we will have preshows for the two (voting) contest screenings, showing some of the best videos that did not make finals. So arrive early if you can!

2) The Awards Show is new for this year: for the first time, we have a dedicated block for the AMV contest winners, rather than showing them before or after the Masquerade. But the Karaoke room will not hold more than 250 people (probably fewer, given the karaoke layout), and there is not a room clear scheduled before the Awards Show. So if you are a finalist: please arrive early, we will do our best to hold seats for you, and we hope you like watching karaoke. ^_^
