Tora-Con 2016 AMV Contest **Winners Announcement**

Tora-Con is a two-day convention at RIT in Rochester, NY. For 2016 we will once again be hosting an AMV contest, with screening and voting on both Saturday and Sunday.

Please read the rules before you send us videos. We had some issues last year with receiving a handful of videos we would not have been able to show due to scenes with nudity, etc which we had to ask editors to make changes to. Tora-Con is a family-friendly convention and want to keep parents (and the university) happy.

It's the moment you have all been waiting for... The announcement of the 2016 AMV Contest winners!!
