That was my exact goal. I'm okay with being predictable if it got someone interested in Avatar. It's an awesome source that sadly has few MVs that are representative of the show (mostly shipping videos or "here's my favorite scene with a song on it" videos ) or that would be of interest to someone who hadn't seen it. Everybody is all about Korra, which is cool and all, but not nearly as good. (Irriadin knows what I'm talkin' about)

When we sat down for my little group viewing, the exchange went something like:
Lantis: "Okay, here's the requisite Avatar video"
Me: "Yea, but this one's actually GOOD."

A good friend of mine from college and his wife were really into the show and they help out with my AAC prescreening - I'll definitely be showing it in the little preshow I do before we start just for them.

I'd say more stylistically unique then predictable, but regardless I found Avatar pretty awesome and haven't seen Korra so I dunno anything bout that (yet)

Korra started out really great but as a whole it just kinda went downhill by the end. Avatar as a whole is much better. I keep saying "as a whole" because there are elements in Korra that are really awesome and worth seeing. ... HA! "elements".

As if I could stop you, yes, you can reveal who made what now.

If your video didn't make the finals, you may release it now.

If your video is in finals, please hold off releasing it elsewhere until 6pm Saturday Eastern Time. We appreciate it!

See y'all in 2 days.

My guess for your collab would be
Spoiler :
548
(although I've been told from someone supposedly in the know that I'm wrong about this.)

I'm still trying to narrow down what your other video is though.
nope... 2nd person to guess and text at the end ehhhhhhhh why...

My other one... I always make one of this genre and it was one of the better ones in the contest this year imho

The flattery is welcome but it was just so....

Not sure how predictable I am at this point. Wasn't trying to be with my video but not sure how easily it was to pick out. Mine was 957 (I think that's right) ya know, the rocket ship one... Pretty pleased with how it turned out with only 3 hours of editing but I'm for sure going to tweak it some more before released. If I pissed people off with my 'directors cut' version of Go, wonder how annoyed peeps be with a 4k60fps version....
