Well, you will implicitly when you see the size on disk matches between the uploaded file and the file on your system.

Catching up on all the entries.

Three important notes...
1) Print deadlines for ballots mean our prescreening is gonna be this weekend. If something goes bad around the deadline, I can't extend it.
2) I'm flat out 8-6 at work every day this week. If you send an FTP request in the middle of the day, it's gonna sit there for several hours before getting handled.
3) Server bandwidth is limited. Last minute uploads might go really slowly.
