Shouldn't the minimum resolution be 640x480, not 720x480? Otherwise you're going to be dq'ing every SD 4:3 video you get.

Those would fall more under comedy / Parody category most of the time.

Yes. Normally editors submit them under comedy or another category they see fit for the contest. So if you have a serious trailer we've had them in Drama and Action before as well.
