Good news everyone!

We've figured out what was going on with our AMV League Submission Form.

The form is designed to send a notification with all the submitted information to our AMV League email address, since forms that use databases are reeeeeeeally expensive. For some reason, our email was sending any entries from a "gmail.com" or "yahoo.com" address to our spam folder. We probably should have checked this sooner, but it just occurred to us today. Gomen nasai.

We've managed to recover SOME of these entries, but just to be safe, if you use a "gmail.com" or "yahoo.com" email address, PLEASE contact us at pathos@vitaminh.info in order to resubmit your videos. We're also going to continue to manually send out submission confirmations (since we don't know if any OTHER domain emails are affected by this), so watch for these when you do submit.

Thanks for understanding, everyone! And we look forward to more entries in the future!

New AMV League event announced!

We're now taking submissions for our newest AMV League event - Bara no Toshi Anime Convention in Tyler, TX! This con will be held from February 20-22, 2015. If you'd like to submit a video to BNTAC's AMV League event, the submission form's already up (and actually working this time ^_^;;;)

With 11 entries submitted already, Anime Con Arkansas is looking to be our biggest event yet! (Amazing what getting announced five months ahead of time can do for an AMV contest. ^_^;;) Two more entries, and we'll finally have a contest with multiple categories!

But don't forget about our other event - With exactly one month left to go, Bara no Toshi Con is still looking for more AMV entrants; we need two more to hit the minimum requirement for the contest!

All you have to do to submit a video is click here and choose a con!

And stay tuned to this page - we're just a few signed pieces of paperwork away from being able to announce TWO MORE AMV League Official Events... AND the location of our 2014-2015 National Championships! Big news incoming, so get your videos ready!

Should have one for Anime Con Arkansas here in the next few weeks... its almost done... I'm literally polishing it up, and fixing really minor things, might see if I can get a few people to watch it and tell me what they think and then finalize it and it should then be contest ready.

Question...what if your video was made from a bunch of other AMVs?
It was an entry in an 'org contest, King of Spayn.

Would anything like this be allowed?
Just wondering...

Probably not, unless they've been altered to the point where there's some level of personal creativity involved. If you wanna submit it, we'll take a look at it and get back to you.

Alright, we've got TWO more AMV League Official Events to announce, PLUS the announcement you've all been waiting for!

Our AMV League National Championships will be held at...

*drumroll*

...

San Japan 8-Bit - San Antonio, Texas - August 1, 2015!

Special thanks to the officials at San Japan for giving us such a great venue for our inaugural AMV League year!

We will also be hosting an AMV League Official Event at San Japan for y'all to enter (and yes, San Japan's winners will be eligible for this year's Nationals as well), PLUS ANOTHER AMV League Official Event at Anime Blues Con in Memphis this July! We're really excited by how well AMV League seems to be taking off, and we look forward to seeing everyone's entries!
