Magic Pro X4 -lip sync problem

Howdy
This is Traxx. Haven't created an AMV in years.
mp4's were the newest codac's back then.
.
Problem: lip syncing with Magix products are sorta impossible with this software ( which doesn't seem possible ) and I can get my daughter Jessie to sync things in Sony Pro 8 but not in Magic stuff.
. I still use Magix Extreme 4.0 and have no issues with lip syncing. Jessie wanted to know if there was some sorta secret to lip syncs.
? ( she won't listen to me )
Is there anything you could use to help her please?
