A bonus episode of Mysterious Girlfriend X was included on a DVD sold with one of the manga volumes in Japan, iirc. I do not know if it was included in the dvd set that's just being released now in the states.
I remember the episode centering around a carnival, though Wikipedia says it's a "cultural festival," so I guess I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for or not.
