Both statistics exams are over! Didn't get the results yet but I have a good feeling about both
This course has been such a pain in the ass during the summer. So glad it's over.

Dropped off my youngest sister at the airport so she can finally head off to college in New York. I have to admit I teared up after seeing her nearly every day for 18 years and I'll miss our Halo games. But she'll be back for Thanksgiving and Christmas so we can play Halo 4.

Re: The Happy Thread
I had to take our kitty (our 15 year old kitty) to the vet a couple of days ago. A wild dog tore her ear off (don't worry, the dog has been thrown off a cliff and into sharp spikes taken care of by the local pound, and while doing surgery (they ran some blood) they found cancer. Was originally going to post this in the vent on Tuesday, but I remained optimistic she would be ok and that we wouldn't have to put her down.
She is indeed ok now. Massively doped up, but back home and doing better. :3
Not much they can do for the cancer (the vet wasn't too worried about it), but we don't have to put her down until she gets worse (she's currently not in any pain/suffering, so no real reason to do so). We'll just have to keep an eye on her and take her for a regular checkup every now and then.

Woot! The last of the swag came into:

Signed drumhead, guitar picks, signed album, and a beer cooler sitting on top of a t-shirt. On the reverse side:
