Yes, the brackets are in a 1 v 1 style but it's primarily used for keeping track of who is where. The tournament is a free for all. The matches are NOT 1 v 1.

The matches are not 1v1? How many will pass first round for each bracket then? It looks like 1v1 though

just ignore the bracket, and pick 4 people from each group to move on after round 1,
then pick 2 of them to move on after round 2,
then pick 1 to move on after round 3.
Then for round 4, combine the 4 group winners on each side of the bracket into 2 new groups,
and pick 2 from each group to move on to the semi-finals.
Then pick one winner from each side to move on to the finals
Then pick one winner out of those two

All of the names in the lower bracket are from people I've talked to on the phone. My job is kind of amazing

As you can see, regardless of where a person's name is listed on the bracket, anyone in Group A can move on to the 2nd round. So just because it says that Tom is against Bob, that doesn't mean only one of them will move on, it doesn't even mean that either of them will move on! In this case, both of them are awesome (and Tom is Hawt) so they both moved on to R2.

as for my predictions, i think Kyssifur and Kuro will logically pass the first round, but i don't know much about the other editors, so i'll be curious about how they'll perform.
