Anime Boston 2012 Music Video Contest (2 Week Warning!)

I'm made it into the "Other" category with L.F.S. - the default category for trailers at AB. I wonder how many trailer AMVs there will be, this year?

AB is the only con so far to not require that I censor my video because of bad language. The PG-13 I put on the green screen intro is truly there to warn any parents in the audience that what they're about to see isn't 100% family friendly. I feel rather bad about this, but at least my AMV is a lot less graphically violent than the real trailer. I still feel bad, though...plus, I love hearing from kids that they enjoyed my AMV, and I don't think that's ever going to happen with L.F.S.

I am looking forward to it too. I really worked hard on my action video and I am really glad that it got in. Its the first action video I submitted to AB this year so I am really interested in what everybody thinks and what the other videos are like.

I'm in for one of my two videos - I'd submitted it to "other," but they made the appropriate change for it and plopped it into comedy. I'm just glad this one finally got in, it's been rejected from a few cons now - all of them smaller than this.

I'm gonna look into the Uno's dinner. Not sure if I can make it Thursday night, but I damn well wanna try.

The "everything uploaded okay" email that everyone got isn't related to whether or not you got into the contest. That'd be a separate email.
