It doesn't look like Fluttershy with the exception of the colors. It's got Rainbow Dash hair and mane, plus when you get close you see creepy dragon mouth hanging off of her D:

And finally, who could kill Fluttershy? ;__;

it made me laugh.... but I thought it looked more like Derpy cept for the colors... they probably colored it like fluttershy because of the sound effect they replaced the dragon rawr with.
