Now, say I make a Ranma video, and it has one seconds worth of nudity, would that be okay, or I wouldn't be able to upload the video?

Well, he did say 'sexual nudity'- which I would take to mean your standard fanservice would be acceptable (like Ranma losing her top as usual), but explicitly sexual scenes (ala the uncut version of Kite, most hentai) woud not be allowed.

Given the one-strike nature of this Phade, will there be a place for people to upload videos they're concerned might run afoul of this so you (or you and the moderators, whatever) could let them know if it would be acceptable or not? While some things might be obviously excessive, there will undoubtably be some discrepancy between people, it I think it would be unfortunate for someone to get banned without having a way to check what the judgement of those controlloing it says...

Hey,

Though some may consider any nudity as sexual nudity, some example of non-sexual nudity for this site are anything you would find in the regular released episodes (not any of the "unofficial fan" releases, you know what I mean) of Ranma 1/2, Sailor-Moon-type transformation scenes, and the like. If the nudity is incodential and does not show or imply sex, then it should be ok. If the nudity shows or implys sex, then it is sexual nudity.

Basically what it boils down to is that I do not what this to become a distribution site for porn/hentai or a playground for crazy sick-os. The more we can stay away from that, the better, and the less likely that some "mothers against internet sex and violence" group will attempt to shut down the site. (This is especially true since there are a bunch of kids that come here.)

You can always ask me to review your video before uploading if you have any doubt.

This may sound like a dumb question, but what if I want to retire a video and not have it be available for download anymore (be it because prince decided to sue or I just don't want it going out as it is no longer representative of my work)? I realize that you don't want people constantly changing things, but I do like to phase things out after a while....

I think this has already been covered, but I want a bit of clarification for it (especially since it's a topic that hits a bit close to home). Namely, nudity, and just what is acceptable. Let's take the ending to the Utena movie (it's not really a plot spoiler, so don't worry):

So, Utena and Anthy are riding away into the sunset on a particularly weird motorbike (since they're riding it lying on their backs like it's a bed). Problem is, they're completely naked. Now, during this sequence, which scenes would be inapropriate?

1) A closeup of their heads showing them kiss.

2) A pan up the bike showing them lying next to each other without touching but without clothes and in the standard anime nipple-less nude style.

3) A pan up the bike showing them, still naked, but kissing and with limbs intertwined.

Now, I'm fairly certain that 1) is okay and 3) is right out, but what about 2)? I could see opinions differing on that, since it's brief and not really implying sex, but not really not implying sex either.
