from about 0:19 I think that the appearance of the scenes are too sudden, you should make them a little bit longer, and somehow avoid the hardcuts or something like that (e.g. you can just make 2 layers one with the green haired and then you put the other clips above with lower opactiy and fade them in and out or something like that, it's up to you
and of course edited as you want to and not like I would want it, it was just an example that I think would look good xD)or as an another solution you can leave the hardcuts as they are, but longer the clips and it will look better imo, and yes, the blurs are strange
but I really like the scene selection, that's very nice
also at 0:02 (or 0:03) the scenes are too fast and at 0:11 I'm not sure if those scenes fit actually (it just shows many characters)
